To be fair and objective, science has to take its own leap of faith regarding where the big bang singularity came from. There are no scientific or mathematical proofs that explain how everything came from nothing, with zero intelligence behind it. Nor is there scientific proof that there is a god as classically understood in religion.

Our conscious existence is the best proof we have that everything came from somewhere. We are the proof. It's a crazy mystery that we live in.
