I have been that "pointing it out" guy several times in my church career. However, I can't stomach egos like that anymore, nor can I let that behavior go.

Unfortunately, guys like Mark carry the biggest stick, and it isn’t easy to get them out of power when things go wrong. And like you point out, even if you can, they just set up shop somewhere else and operate a little smarter, so they don't get caught. Some I have personally worked with before have done this.
