That's a fascinating fact. I've studied NDEs for many years, and you are right. I've never heard of God questioning a person's doctrine on the other side. You would assume that some NDEs are from a Christian background with a familiarity with theology. Even if NDEs are no more than dreams before death, even then, you would think doctrine might be part of the imagined narrative, but not so. They don't get the quiz either.
